Registration
CAN I REGISTER AT ANY TIME?
Registrations can start at any time.
WHAT DO I DO AFTER REGISTERING?
Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail with a link to the FL platform. You will be able to access your material using the username and password you created when you registered.

You will receive information by email.
WHAT ARE THESE VIDEOS ABOUT?
They address a specific exercise chosen from the Audio Library. They are a visual and auditory complement to help you properly understand the proposed exercise in terms of space and body movement.
WHEN I SUBSCRIBE, DO I HAVE ACCESS TO A VIDEO BANK?
You have access to all available videos.
CAN I DOWNLOAD AUDIO MATERIAL, TEACHING GUIDES AND VIDEOS ONTO MY COMPUTER?
You can only download the teaching guides.
PAYMENT METHODS
HOW CAN I PAY?
Paypal or credit card.
WHAT PAYMENT TERMS ARE AVAILABLE?
Subscriptions are offered in the form of yearly or monthly payments deducted automatically from the card you add.
For the yearly subscription, your plan will renew automatically every year on your renewal date at 190 CAD or the then-current rate, until you cancel.
If you don’t want to renew automatically, you must cancel your plan no later than one day before your renewal date. You will be sent a notification two weeks in advance. You can cancel your plan by contacting info@francoise-lombard.com
L’ANNULATION
CAN I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?
You can cancel your subscription at any time.
Once the cancellation is effective, you will no longer be billed. You will continue to benefit from your access until the end of the month already billed.
IF THE PRODUCT DOES NOT MEET MY EXPECTATIONS, CAN I GET A REFUND?
No refunds will be issued. However, the flexibility of our subscriptions means you can cancel at any time.
